Far less poetic than some of its orchard companions, the Honeycrisp still holds its own and has a fan following to rival the best. Though its history doesn't reach back ages, or weave some inspiring tale, Honeycrisp is still in a league of its own. Crisp, zing-zesty, perfectly balanced sweet/tart with big juicy cells that give that ever so satisfying crackle of a breaking bite. Everyone loves Honeycrisp whether they admit it or not (we know you do). It's simply satisfying and refreshing, and sometimes that's all the doctor ordered. Mid-September harvest.
