These belles of the baking ball are tart and zippy, with the perfect firmness to complement a pie or crisp - but they particularly shine when in strudel form. With a rustic coarseness covering an orange splash and limey green, these tartest of apples carry an intense and lively aroma of citrus that will enhance any culinary endeavor. Harvest in late September.
