Api Etoile (Star Lady)
Reminiscent of the Lady apple in terms of growth habit and fruit size, the Api Etoile’s oblong shape distinguishes it by resembling a star when turned on its side. Originating in France in the early 17th century, it became popular in Victorian circles primarily for its shape. The flavor is lovely too- sweet and complex. This is an extremely rare variety and we have very limited quantities. Mid-October harvest.
