When fully ripe the pineapple flavor that the Ananas name suggests really shines through, even mimicking the pineapple’s distinct yellow shade. Bright and assertive, Ananas will wake you up, give a kick to cider, and bake into a delectable dessert. We begin harvest in mid-September through October.
