Fuji

A sweet, crisp apple from Japan which has only been grown in the US since the mid 1990s. This apple stays crisp and is a good “keeper.” It is best for eating out of hand or in salads, but is also a good baked apple with a little maple syrup on top. Smooth-skinned apple with light red to pink color. Harvest mid-October.

This variety is not an heirloom.
